There are some great regular events and festivals in Regensburg that you should not miss when you are there.

Regensburger Dult

The Regensburger Dult, the public festival of the city, takes place twice a year, i.e. in early May and late August.

Bürgerfest

The Bürgerfest is another public festival that is carried out every second year on a summer weekend in the historic city center. It attracts more than 100,000 visitors each time
.

DONA

Another regular festival is the DONA, a 9-days Danube exhibition with many special exhibitions at the end of March / beginning of April. It also takes place every second year.

Spectaculum

Every year, on the second weekend in June, the Regensburg Spectaculum takes place, a middle ages market where knights, jugglers and musicians meet at the Stone Bridge on the Jahn island.
